My goal is to lead clients to sustainable results by educating them on their journey so they can be more independent in the future.

My name is Lee. I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years. I specialise in helping clients achieve sustainable, long-term fitness results by focusing on habit-building, strength training, rehabilitation and realistic nutrition guidance and coaching. My approach is grounded in creating personalised, progressive programs that blend strength training, mobility, and balanced nutrition. Rather than quick fixes, I prioritise gradual improvements that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. I work with clients from the age of 12 to 80+.

Together, we set realistic goals based on your current fitness level and aspirations. Through habit-based coaching, I guide you to develop consistent routines that support physical and mental well-being. Regular check-ins and progress tracking ensure accountability and motivation, while my coaching extends beyond workouts to include nutrition guidance and recovery strategies.

Training options include one-on-one sessions, small group training, and online coaching. Let’s create lasting change, one step at a time.
