My goal is to lead clients to sustainable results by educating them on their journey so they can be more independent in the future.
My name is Lee. I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years. I specialise in helping clients achieve sustainable, long-term fitness results by focusing on habit-building, strength training, and realistic nutrition guidance and coaching. My approach is grounded in creating personalised, progressive programs that blend strength training, mobility, and balanced nutrition. Rather than quick fixes, I prioritise gradual improvements that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.
Over the years I’ve helped many client to transform their lives and help them reach their goals through creating new habits to create a long lasting, health and sustainable relationship with health, fitness and nutrition.
Together, we set realistic goals based on your current fitness level and aspirations. Through habit-based coaching, I guide you to develop consistent routines that support physical and mental well-being. Regular check-ins and progress tracking ensure accountability and motivation, while my coaching extends beyond workouts to include nutrition guidance and recovery strategies.
Training options include one-on-one sessions, small group training, and online coaching. Let’s create lasting change, one step at a time.
